I'm starting this blog to chronicle the renovation I do on the house I am purchasing, located at 1074 Citrus Ave NE in Palm Bay, FL.
I am closing on the house on May 25, 2016, and it is my first house. The house is in good shape for a house built in 1980 -- it has a new roof, new A/C, it's a very livable house. However, it is very dated. Most of the carpet is green, the kitchen is old, the house needs new paint and it just hasn't been renovated for looks since probably 1980. This blog will keep records of the many improvements I plan to make, including pictures and how-to's (or how-I-did's).
Details: The house is 2,071 sqft, has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a 2 car garage, a covered Florida Room, and covered pool, and a covered front porch.
